WE ASK YOU KEEP YOUR BILLING ADDRESS AND SHIPPING ADDRESS ARE THE SAME.
PLEASE SHIP TO AN ACTUAL ADDRESS, AS WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE ENTERING THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS THAT'S ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR BANK CARD. IF YOU DON'T ENTER THE CORRECT BILLING ADDRESS YOUR CARD WON'T PROCESS THE PAYMENT.
Processing takes 2-3 Business days for your order to be shipped out. Processing occurs Monday-Friday. (If you ordered on Friday your order will be processed on the next business day which is Monday.) Express Shipping Orders are 2- 3 Business Days.
Domestic Express Shipping is 2-3 Business days depending on your location.
Domestic Regular Flat Rate Shipping is 3-5 Business days depending on your location.
International Shipping is not available at the moment.
Packages are Delivered with FedEx or USPS. Business days are Monday-Friday.
After receiving a tracking email, Shipping Activity will become available after 24hrs. Your Tracking Number will come to your email. Please check your spam folder if you don’t see it inside your inbox. If you haven’t received a tracking number after 3 days from placing your orders please contact customer service at 954.380.0303
Yes, you can make an exchange within SEVEN (7) DAYS. The Lush Hair Co. Seal MUST NOT be Broken! The hair MUST NOT be unwrapped, Uncombed, Not Brushed, No fingers ran through the hair, worn, or altered in any way for an exchange!! If the hair is altered we will return the hair back to you.
All Sales are final on custom coloring.
